Vinny T lacks knowledge on the game but has been learning.. he wants us to stay up so he will provide a decent kitty for MM and will let him take charge of the players he wants.

Bellamy weren't a MM signing but I doubt MM would have said no to him.

If Man City beat Wigan in the FA cup final, we will enter at the final qualifying round. If Wigan win, we enter at the round before that. So either one round or two rounds to get into the group stage depending on the FA cup winner.

A huge chance to be in the final around then. Be a lot of planning for pre season etc for you lot now.

This season, I did only bet on City to win Championship, but next season will def bet on us and the Jacks, Great double.

Annis, if we take our last 12 games and their last 12 games, they are in fact quite similar. We have only gathered 3 more points than them with 15 points from 12 games and have of course faced championship opposition.

Swansea have got 12 points from their last 12 games. They have actually been particularly difficult playing Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool. But even if they carried on that form next season, they would still reach 38 points which will almost certainly have been enough to keep them up this year.

The fact is, no matter how each team have tailed off, the majority of the work was done early in the season which is why we find ourselves top and Swansea find themselves 9th with a major trophy.

It proves nothing of the sort. It just means that we'd built up a comfortable cushion beforehand.

If anything, it proves that you can't take your eye off the ball at all otherwise you won't get the result, as has happened to us.

We could go out in the first stage of the Europas.Even on the Swans board im reading folk worried of the schedule and our thin squad.We've won the League Cup which nobody can take away.It got us into Europe but i wouldn't be too bothered if we only played a couple of matches in Europe and got knocked out.We get the exposure from just playing in the PL and there's hardly big money in the Europa so if we were knocked out early,big deal and we then concentrate on our bread and butter,the Premier League.

As for next season i spoke to the guys who put these odds up,and they said that they think the odds will go in -
Due to Cardiff bringing in new players and Swansea in the Europa League.
You can still get 9-4 on Cardiff to fininsh above the Jacks next season

Personally I feel it will be a lot harder premier next season.

The summer transfers will be the key to it all.

From the moment we were promoted and to this day our sole objective is survival and anything else is a bonus.From what i've read on here this last week you're all predicting you're about to eclipse us.Brave words and with your recent history you should know better.There's nothing wrong with being quietly confident but a little humility goes a long way and over confidence nowhere.

I wouldn't be so sure. I can see Vinny Tan wanting a big "name" player. Which may well be to the detriment of the rest of the squad.

That just shows how little you know about us. There will be no ego's at our club next season. Malkys dossiers will see to that. Any big name player VT wants will need malky's approval first.

We are a proper team these days, not a group of individuals. That was what got us to the PL and that is what will hopefully keep us there.

Swansea will definatley go down next season. In fairness they have lasted longer than I thought they would but their luck has to run out sometime and that time is now.

Michael Laudrup will move on to the first other Premiership side who offers him a job and Chairman Huw has run out of rabbits to pull out of hats.

Further to that when you scruitinize their squad well frankly its crap. They have been lucky to play in a Premier League which is not as strong as it used to be and 5 years ago that squad wouldn't have beaten the record making Derby side that scored only 1 win and the lowest ever Premiership points total.

I can see the likes of Newcastle and Sunderland looking to pinch the few cherries that the JB's have and what is left is simply not good enough to keep them up.
