One thing the Taliban know only too well is that our lads HAVE got the stomach for a fight. Its our government
that are shithouses, and the Taliban an Al Q'aida know that too

It will have a slight bearing on terrorism at home because less muslims will feel the need to
rally round the flag of Jihad once we have left Afghanistan. As for British Jihadis suddenly coming
home and planting bombs cos they got nothing else to do any more? thats frankly ridiculous. The
potential suicide bombers are already here, in my opinion Al Quaida or whatever the f**k they call
themselves have made a political decision to stop suicide bombings/explosions in Britain, or we'd
be getting them weekly.

It IS a war we can win, but it would mean tens of thousands more troops and billions of ££ spent on
more helicopters more armoured transports, tanks. At the moment, everything we do is cosmetic.
Big operations for the Worlds Press showing British troops chasing the Taliban out of certain towns
and areas, we lose lives doing it,but once the job is done, our lads move back out again, cos we dont
have the manpower to hold and fortify. So weeks later, Terry Taliban moves back in. Meaning another
wasted life.

Around the time our lads were screaming the most for more helicopters/body armour/FOOD/transport
and ammunition. Gordon Brown gave the Banks trillions of £££ to replace the £££ that the banks had already
lost.

Marine Sergeant Mark Leader was thrown out after 18yrs service for hitting a Taliban bomber in the face
with a welly, thats 400k pension the MOD grabbed back off him. Bill Rammell said "his behaviour fell short
of the standards expected of our Armed Forces"... The same Bill Rammell who was caught with his fingers
in the pie during the expense scandal (garden chairs and suitcases - £3000 had to be repayed)

Mate if they could get away with suicide bombings here they would with no remorse. It is our excellent intelligence services (with help from USA and Israel) that stop us getting attacked.
