Squad investment - check
Training round - being checked
Stadium Expansion - check
Debt to equity - a little more time but being sorted (check)
Yet again, you've failed to realise that he has said himself that he won't be transferring all his debt to equity, which was originally promised.
How many times have we heard that the club will be DEBT FREE WITHIN WEEKS... Yet when he fulfills his "promise" the club will still be around 100 million in debt... Far more than when the man joined the club.
THIS is why people are coming around to see that he isn't the saviour that you paint him to be. Long term, the finances of this club look incredibly bleak.

Alex, Tan certainly has not done debt to equity as promised 2 years ago.
Funnily enough, it's the biggest one of the lot too... The one most people begrudgingly accepted his horrific rebrand for.
Correct Alex, the biggest promise of them all and the most important one and yet some still stick up for him even though he also divided our club and stripped us of our identity. And guess what after all that were a Championship club, with only 14,000 season tickets sold.

Be great if people who run message boards could actually encourage people to get behind the team rather than knock every decision. Imagine the crowds we could get then?

Funny enough we do,we're just stating the facts regarding Tan and his false promises.

Natman back to his original agenda... Why isn't Annis allowed his view? You keep demanding the right to post your views and that you shall not be silenced etc... When you are trying to do exactly that to those who disagree with you.
Crazy.

Nope, just pushing what you want, all the time to create a negative impression. Enough people are seeing through it now though which is a good thing

It's his own fault that he got the club into more debt... But that's besides the point.
At 70million, he said we would be debt free... Yet now after he's done it, we will be in even more debt that when he started?!
Not only that, the fan base are totally split & the club are playing in an alien colour with a massive identity crisis.
Genuinely cannot fathom how anyone sees that as a good thing Paul.

I was actually discussing things with you, then you stated that all you put out is facts. Which you don't. You keep selective information to yourselves which could sway the argument against your favour, you don't always tell the truth and you don't always get everything correct. No, you don't always hold your hands up to it either.
Now if you wanted to stick to the subject we were talking about then i probably wouldn't have brought this up. But to claim you only put out the facts is fantasy at best.

I despair of this place.
All opinions are allowed but can't they be kept in a thread ABOUT that view. At least then all the posters with an agenda can be repetitive in one place.
Apart from football I love talk about developments all around Cardiff so this thread pushed loads of buttons.
It was NOT about Tan and it was NOT about debt to equity. Just about the training facility.
Another thread to leave now.
