How do you sack a volunteer? Why does he do it for nothing?

Maybes he's passionate about helping kids make a career like he has?

I don't believe the stuff said about Slade but I am not surprised about what he said about Ole he looks more of the con man to me and Dave jones I already known about players gambling and drinking under him.

The fact that swansea is operating in our back yard is very worrying.

One question is why would they want 2 training camps in Cardiff? There is no way there is that many youngsters in Cardiff to justify 2 facilities! especially about a mile apart!

Allan, You would be shocked how many kids from Cardiff and Newport have now joined them. It hurts to see so many talented youngsters from Marshfield(always top of their League) now play for the Jacks.
Cardiff and Newport cover massive areas.

How many from Marshfield are at Swanseas academy was unaware they had any or are they at there development centre.
As I know at the moment they only have 5 from cardiff aged between 12 and 16 in there academy

No doubting that. The question was more to do with how this little Q&A could affect his work at the club.

Being an unpaid volunteer he might just find his access to the club facilities blocked if they take offence at his words.

Was in reply to why does he do it for free. Agree with you on that, can't see tan being too pleased, or Slade and the players currently at the club who have been mentioned

Hi Jason,

I know of 6 kids from the Marshfield area that now belong to Swansea's Development Centre.
As to the Academy, so far I think its 2.
But more and more are going along to their courses etc.

Found out tonight they have just signed two boys from Cardiff but what they are going to do next will really wake Cardiff up.

Fair play to Bellers for telling it like it is. Just confirms what we already know really, in that the club is a sad state of affairs at the moment.

Very disappointed I missed this. Took number down as soon as I saw it mentioned, but didn't get around to ringing, then forgot the night it was on!

Lots of interesting things said. Impressed that his favourite moments were with Wales. Interesting to hear about all the managers. He's basically spelled out a case for getting rid of Slade before the start of next season, you would think.
