Yes - I think you are right. The personal animosity should have been shelved until the end of the season and then resolved. I still feel that the popularity of Malky with the fans, riled Tan - who did not feel that his investment was truly appreciated by the fans ( and the 'racist' tag was more of a way to oust him ) from the club.

Cant help but feel Malky's success and subsequent promotion bonus and add-ons wouldn't have gone down too well with VT, following it! He has certainly left his Legacy, one way or another. And he divides opinion of many fans of the club. What no one can dispute is that he built one squad within many over the last 20 years that excited us. Good luck to him and no doubt he will be watched over the second half of the season!
