I've never been a Russell Slade fan as many fans haven't been either. However, considering he had limited resources and had to trim the squad, to still remain in and around the play-offs, and gradually improving the team's style of football, if he makes the top 6 (regardless if we get promoted or not from that point), he should get a renewed contract. If he fails and ends up 7th or lower, then I believe he shouldn't.
