GOOD LUCK Fabio Da Silva.

Cardiff City today Sold Fabio Da Silva to Premier League club Middlesborough for £2million.

For me personally a big mistake by Cardiff City selling him, a backwards step.

One of the most exciting players Cardiff City have ever had.

In my opinion for the last year they have made him feel unwanted.

It also for me shows we have No ambition this season, yes I am hurt by the sale of a player like Fabio.

It will be very very interesting what Cardiff City do with the £2million.

Fabio go and shine in the Premier League and for me that shows you were a far better player than many appreciated :bluebird: :bluebird:

The photo tells you all you need to know. I agree with you. He will be missed. Good luck I say.

Just shows the ambition of the club and some of our supporters. I cannot believe supporters when they say it is "good business" to sell any of our better players, you sound exactly like the fascist regime that runs our club. Some players on high wages who are not going to get in the team i can see, but to sell our better players who are regular first team players is astonishing. I am afraid that we will not see that money put back in to buy new players.
It takes me 11, 700 miles round trip to get to watch the city, why do i f*cking bother?

Rant over :x :bluebird:

Fábio was a good player but easily replaceable with Declan John.

My biggest issue is Aron Gunnarsson leaving. Gunnar shouldn't be treated the way he was, especially after his performances at the Euros.

He should not only be a first team player but our captain! Baffles me how fans can't see what he can bring to our team if managed correctly!

He was one of the main reasons Iceland were so successful in the Euros! You would prefer Emyr Huws to Aron Gunnarsson?

It begs the real BIG question, what real business plan did Mehmet Dalman have, when he,,,almost single handily, employed him??

Rick, sorry but we're not (quote) "a pile of shit" as a club. We've taken several massive steps forward over the last 15 years or so before reaching the summit and then falling back a little. Other clubs have done the same ;)

Under Sam, this club started a fantastic journey that took it out of of the doldrums and into a what was undoubtedly the most exciting continuous period in nearly 50 years

The club have simply taken a step backwards and are now consolidating before (I hope) moving forward with some very big lessons learned

We are 100 times better off now than we were a few short years ago and that seems to have conveniently forgotten by many who were actually there in those dark days! :( :ayatollah:

The club has taken a step backwards, a massive step backwards in fact, because of the gross errors, & bad judgements of our owner, the board of directors, & the football management, over the last three or four years.

Cardiff City FC is an example to other clubs, especially those clubs who have recently been taken over by other overseas organizations, on how Not to run a football club, & you may feel Sven that all at the City is hunky dory now,,,,well I don't, & there doesn't appear to be any light at the end of our tunnel either.

As for Sam, yes the journey was exciting to begin with, that was until he wanted all his money back, or close our club down!
