[/color]GerrardHe was excellent last season and was unfairly dropped for the play off final. But if his response is to go out on the pop all the time then that is unprofessional and all that will happen is he will end up a low league player at best. He looked a good prospect but his pre season by all accounts was awful. Either he changes quick or it will be the football scrapheap and a waste of an excellent talent.
Mcormack Same as above. instead of getting his nut down this is how he responds. Mcormack is an outstanding player and he needs to grow up quickly before it destroys his career.
Hudson He is to slow and clearly not up to this level. Its a pity as this guy is clearly not like the above 2 . He deserves more a very sincere and a good pro but not at this level.

Problem with Hudson is he gets outmuscled a lot by big strikers (Steve Howard, Andy Carroll) and he's a step slow. Gerrard has the physical skills but needs to be better positionally. He is the better prospect though.
I would sell Hudson outright and keep gerrard for those reasons.
If the players, regardless of who they are, feel that it is acceptable for them to go out getting sauced on a regular basis then we've got a bigger problem. This isn't the League of Wales and that type of crap needs to be stamped out.

DJ is no mug and IMO he would let Hudson go if he could but no one is going to pay the silly wages PR paid him.

...a valid point. Yet more baggage from that hapless moron.

Yet more baggage: a 250 grand fee for charlton if we get promoted and a sell on clause if we flog him.
