You can always trust someone in the legal field to find a solution....

Maybe the owner of FC Kortrijk can purchase players and loan them free to us - Could that work?

It’s worse than I thought our Current Transfer Embargo:

Our Regime have got us in worse problems than I thought.

We can’t buy players at all , but also I have had it 100% Confirmed next season we can not pay loan fees.
I got that bit wrong, Sorry.

But we can get free agents and loan players if the clubs are willing to send them to us without us giving a fee towards them.
So players like Kipre and Philogene won’t be able to return as we paid WBA & Aston Villa loan fees before we had this Transfer Embargo.

All this is due to us not only keeping FC Nantes waiting for four years for their first payment for Sala, but after three different court cases ordered us to and then being given a 30 day warning we let that lapse then paid the first instalment costing our club £7mill , not £5mill due to fines, penalties and interest.

Maybe this suits this Regime??? Hmmmmmm

It’s not because anyone is against us. Our Board brought this on to themselves.

Lamouchi can still reshape all the staff and clear players out, but it be only Free transfers and loan players that their clubs will not receive fees from us.

I have been informed by an impeccable source Sabri Lamouchi is happy to stay at Cardiff because the Bluebirds board WILL allow him to reshape his backroom staff which will include reshuffling the coaching team, and installing a new goalkeeper coach.

As he won’t be able to buy players and spend big money, but they believe he will get better quality free agents and loan players than the previous managers.

Ex-French international midfielder and former Nottingham Forest manager Lamouchi, 51, has already established the Bluebirds CAN sign free transfers and PAY loan fees, but NOT transfer fees.

Every new signing Cardiff make HAS to be ratified by the EFL Board of which ex-Bluebirds Chairman Peter Ridsdale and former Swansea City CEO Trevor Birch are members with HIGHLY influential tentacles.

Expect Lamouchi to target talent he has worked with previously and recruit from the French and European leagues where he believes there is greater value for money.

Annis. I don’t understand the comment of even if we pay Nantes in full we still have an embargo. If that’s the case what’s the point in looking to pay it? Seems like double jeopardy.

No thanks. He can stay in LA and play golf. Don't need another sick note.

I'm not sure I would be happy with the club attempting to bend or circumvent the embargo.

You just KNOW that would be frowned upon by the EFL and could lead to harsher sanctions.

There must be ways of paying more of a players salary in lieu of a loan fee? Don't see this as a bending of the rules if it is agreed by the parent club.
