So it will be Sheffield Wednesday v Barnsley in the League One final.

Both of the League Two semi finals tomorrow, with the last games before the final weekend.

Stockport are through to the League Two play-off final. They've beaten Salford 3-1 on penalties.

They lost the first leg 1-0 but won 1-0 today after 90 minutes and it finished 2-1 to them after extra time on the day to take it to penalties.

They'll play Bradford or Carlisle in the final. That second leg is about 25 minutes in and Carlisle lead 1-0. Bradford won the first leg 1-0 at home.

Carlisle have won 3-1 after extra time against Bradford to make the League Two final against Stockport. They won 1-0 in 90 minutes to level the tie and got the job done in extra time.

The play off finals take place across next week's bank holiday weekend.
