For me Jules, I will totally back him in his first 12 games, quarter of a season and for me personally that will tell me where we are going with him.

I will have seen then about 5 pre-season and a Cup match and 12 league games, that should say a lot.

I think fans are so fed up of the Hierarchy many have totally lost trust in them.

Now's the time to be optimistic and excited. No one knows how it's all going to turn out but we can all hope and wish for the best.

We have to be optimistic until we are not. This may be the change of direction we need on the pitch. We always get behind our managers in the stands at the start of all their reigns. I do understand why people may not be excited but better to be glass half full.
We are supporters which means it's our job to support the team first and foremost

Yes Dalman chose him not Tan, theyve know each other for years.

Erol Bulut is a personal friend of Cardiff City Chairman Mehmet Dalman.

Bulut’s managerial career is still young as he played until he was nearly 40.

The Championship club are working on finalising a deal for the 48-year-old and confirmation of his appointment is expected imminently.

Bulut has been a manager for six years, but the move to Cardiff will see the former Turkey Under-21 international work outside his homeland for the first time.

Bulut was soon back in management with another Super Lig club, Gaziantep, where he was in charge for 18 months before leaving following a disappointing run of results in January 2023.

Just to clarify something Annis (not sure where the false rumour started). Erol Bulut is NOT a personal friend of Mehemet Dalman nor is he (as some have claimed) a relative. The first time they met (confirmed by both of them today) was at recent shortlist interview stage
