following the leader like sheep

Agree with you. Last week I watched the under 21 team comfortably beat Barry Town, a side in the Premier League. The difference being there were much older and experienced players in that side. Colwill ( the younger) and King for example stood out but didn't feature last night. Many of the team playing last night would have been and probably still are in our under 18 team last season.

correct but lets not let that stop a good old rubbishing of our young lads

I think we have found our Roathie   he says opinions, yet he shouts everyone down
He prefers premier forums with the prawn sandwich brigade, then comes on here to give the working cksss a battering.
So let’s put it all in perspective, City fielded an u21 team all full time abd the best of the best against a valley side that do it for fun and we struggled that’s the truth. Why is he getting upset , it’s a public forum and yet he is telling us we can not have opinions.
I wonder if he really knows anything about football?
Or maybe be he is one of the coaches so upset after last night he’s letting his steam off.

That’s mad ! I was looking at the ‘Roathie thread’ earlier and thought exactly that ! :notworthy:

I attended last night and even if they were our U18s it was a poor performance. Couldn't string a pass together and defensively piss poor. Cambrian had a goal disallowed for offside which should have stood too. Didn't seem to be any structure to the play. Can't see any player on show last night making it.

I have big worries about our coaching staff Purse and even Chesterfield.

Not quality and we’ve gone backwards these last few yrs under Purse..

And at least one was 16, it may have been hard for them but at least they have gained a little bit of experience, however have to agree with some on here I don't think that Darren Purse is the man for the under21s coach position.
