WHY ARE WE NOT PERFORMING ? : I can honestly say that

Patience is needed....frustration is because we can all see the potential positives of this squad. Managers make mistakes too but Bulut for me has to be given much more time before any talk of getting rid. Not 12 games but Xmas is fair enough to judge

It's hardly an over reaction when we was 2 nil up and he went to a back 5 and made subs. That's what went on and we lost the game once we was 3-2 down he changed it back so tells most he made the wrong decisions. That's the bottom line and that's what we all seen happen so why can't fans say how it is. Basic facts ain't an over reaction tbh but we will come good we have to as the footballs miles better now

It is 100% an over reaction by the people calling for the manager to be sacked after 5 games. I get that we are frustrated after being 0-2 up & losing 3-2 and the crticism is fair but a lot of it is way over the top.

Where have I said I want the manger sacked and tbh I've not seen anyone say that after 5 games if so that's bonkers

I didn't say that you said it but that some had said it, I saw it on one of the twatter posts that Annis put up yesterday. Glad we agree that it's bonkers.

That's some fans for you. The want to win every week and spend 100m on players otherwise the manager is to blame for freebies and loans. Delusional some are. Then in the next breath there moaning about the clubs debt or something else. Although its a results business regardless these days but 5 games is laughable with this squad hes stuck together

For me i think we have a few small issues that need to change sooner rather than later, We have a much better squad now that should be delivering better results. A few observations that have annoyed me so far are.

1. The gaffer playing Ugbo on the wing is a waste of time as he offers no go forward threat down the wing compared to a wing specialist. (Bowler/Tanner/Miete)

2. Perry Ng at right back does not help an attacking right wing as he does not shift the ball forward quick enough to the winger which in turn kills any go forward momentum. He was awful against QPR making Bowler look lost. (I see Romeo as a much better option now his ban has passed)

3. From what i have seen of Adams this year he needs to be on the field more, especially games when we are defending a lead as the lad has a great engine and the habit of making solid tackles. (Wintle is no the answer to bring on to close a game).

4. As for Mark McGuiness, well lately some of his distribution of ball to feet has been painful to watch. I'd go as far to say his poor passing Saturday cost us the game. ( Panzo on the other hand looks much more comfortable on the ball and could possibly warrant a start over McGuiness against the swans)

I can honestly say that I am baffled , frustrated and somewhat angry - as I can not put my finger on what is wrong ?


Like most , I was really happy we had finally improved the management team. Well you could not of got any worse and the players we have assembled do look a lot better.


I had good expectations . I still do ….but doubt is starting to creep in steadily . Was I kidding myself ? SO WHY ARE WE NOT PICKING THE POINTS ?

Can someone here shed more light as to why ?



(1) Is it luck ?


(2) Is it lack of fitness ?


(3) Is it the manager not picking the right team ?


(4) Is it the manager’s tactics ?


(5) Is it the manager’s substitutions …and reading of the game ??


(6) Are we simply not good enough overall ?or in Attack , MF , Defence , GK ?

(7) Are we lacking leadership on the pitch ?


(8) Are we lacking confidence as a whole ?

(9) Are we lacking in discipline and concentration to stick to the plan for the whole 90 minutes ?


(10) Is it that nothing is much wrong , and it it just one of those things ….and it will get right soon ? (11)Is it that we have had many changes in the team and it is taking time for them to gel together ?Generally we appear to get worse as the game progresses .


Even against Sheffield Wednesday we got a lucky penalty when they were in the ascendancy . We seem to have a good plan and a good shape then somehow it all goes haywire . What the hell is happening and why ?

Annis, we are playing brilliantly half of the time and then there seems a lack of concentration, maybe it's the switch in style, and having to play the ball out from the back is mentally tough for them and they are tiring mentally towards the end of the games, they are often simple basic mistakes that they shouldn't be making.

I think this is a good time for a break and for Bulut to work with them more and integrate the new players, I have the strongest feeling in years that we are going to stuff the jacks, they are in worse form and their Manager has just come out publically stating he doesn't care about the game

He's trying to take the pressure off himself and already accepting they may lose, it's really very negative and a great sign for us.

Three games away we looked in control and all three we fucked up, but of course we are not allowed to question or ask questions.

This lot were Steve Morison’s mob it’s starting to comeback.

Fabs should be allowed to debate and Chat about the matches and say how they feel.

weve signed like 8/9 new players ? everyone over reacting big time like. give it till at least november to see big improvements we look good atm just not gettin results when it all tweaks an team gel we will start delivering the goods you can see that from first few games .... fitness levels need to up tho we seem to fade around 65/70 min .

Many clubs have signed plenty of new players, plus many of these were done before the season started, just debating how we’ve done so far.

Last season we had signed 17 new players

Year before 12 apparently young players all put in the squad at the same time.

That’s football , results are what will mater as the season goes on.

Bulut says he goes out to sim every game, he does nothing less than win.

If we lose a game "your over reacting" I mean don't talk about it folks and say what really happened. The manager got it wrong on the weekend regardless of how many new players or how many games we are in to the season. I don't mean he should be sacked .

I can't see any of that posted in here from this boards posters it just means he got it wrong. Hardly bashing the manager and club. These days you can't say anything when you win or lose as its deemed negative talk but in truth we all differ and like many on here I'll say what I want on a screen of pixels despite what other people think there's no fucks given really.

The footballs better we can all see this, but on the weekend he messed up with formations at 2-0 up and player changes only when we was 3-2 he changed it back to the same set up. There the facts its not the 1st time we been two nil up and tossed it away from the same things being done by the manager

Praise when you win debate and talk about it when you don't that's what forums are for IF ITS DEEMED CLUB AND MANAGER what's the point in a forum.

The 'aamb praise don't talk anything else forum" or the lynch mob will be out. I don't see that forum online tbh. How boring would that be
