JUST BE POSITIVE Wez,

Tan was clueless just look at all his recent managers.

It’s not a coincidence that Dalman takes command and we have improved beyond

You never know Dalman and Erol Bulut could just take up.

Still early days, but let’s be grateful and thankful Dalman took control.

That's what this thread is all about.

Tan has been bad for us. Now Dalman has stepped up to the mark things are improving. Saying that they could not get much worse could they. Hopefully though things will continue to improve.....hopefully Tan will stay out of the way.

Dalman has been poor for years finally yes hes using tans money more wisely to say tan has been bad is way off the mark ? New facilities, Premiership x2 cup final x1 , most successful period in my life time and probably yours too .

I do not consider the 5 seasons as the best. We have gone backwards and we know why and its called going cheap.

Have we gone backwards?

Re: ‘ Incredible ‘

Cardiff City’s Best start for 6 years:

Two seasons of Swansea doing the double over Welsh Rivals Cardiff City for the first time in their history.

Cardiff have broken all records in their history for the worst ever runs.

The club has had an over haul for the first time in years and for the better.

PERRY NG:

“Last year was horrible," the defender said after the 2-0 win over Rotherham. "I think this year we have more structure and we know what we’re doing with and without the ball, which is very, very important. We are more organised and structured this year, which goes a long way, and we’ve signed quality players.

“You can see that the club has gone in the right direction from top to bottom, from the new academy to some of the lads signing new deals. All of that makes a massive difference.

"The squad is a lot stronger this year. We did have talented players last year, but we were a lot less structured and we didn't really know what we were doing at times and this year that's what made the difference. On and off the pitch, going into training is a lot more enjoyable. Last year it was a bit depressing, but there's a smile and everyone is buzzing, so it makes a lot of difference."

Three of the last four wins have come with a clean sheet, a major and relatively unspoken positive. There have also been eleven different goalscorers, sharing that burden is important for any team who has designs on breaking into the top portion of the table.

I think it depends where the starting point is to decide whether we have gone backwards.

I think the one that suits is that we were top of the championship when Sam left. That’s the point that is used ignoring everything else that was going on at the time.

No Dalman is a politician.

But does know football.

And I am honest, under Dalmans direction so far this season, we have a better manager and things are looking a lot better.

No way can Tan be praised for this, it’s been horrendous under his control and that's beyond true.

Dalman is def not the messiah and for me not the right person for our future.

But let’s be honest so far he has helped turn things around this season.

Some honesty please.

Tan owns and oversees.

Quite rightly when it goes wrong Tan gets the stick. When it goes well he should get the praise.

He’s the owner and is responsible.
