need to be building for next season, so i am unsure if we should be buying loads of 30 year olds.

We have to have one of the weakest squad of forwards in the division

Another rebuild. We’re like a box of Lego.

Tonight was always going to be tough both on paper and on the pitch.

Where do I start….good game overall against the best team by far in the league. First 15 mins or so was great for us until the goal. Ng kept Madividi quiet and frustrated most of the night.

Now to pick apart our performance…. Fed up of Etete, Wintle, Colwill, Robbo (whoever is on the pitch) not pressing the keeper/defenders, it’s happening every single match at the moment. I understand they need to keep shape but if they don’t press they’re not forcing the opposition to play the ball…..

Etete is coming across as lazy

JC is spent, he needs a few games out of the side to recover.

Once Ralls goes off we lose our midfield completely. Wintle spent more time sitting between Dimi and Mark than in the middle or pushing forward.

Siopis ran his arse off as usual and had a cracking little shot too.

Robbo - never know which one is gonna turn up for us…. Majority of the time the ball went through him tonight he lost it.

Grant kind of picked up where he left off against Plymouth, shame he had to go off early, hope it’s not a serious injury for him.

There’s no communication at times, and when there’s no communication we concede. They need to talk to each other otherwise it’s pointless them playing as a team.

We definitely need fresh legs in January, don’t see the point of keeping Panzo when he’s not being selected, just send him back.

Anyway, I’ve said my piece.

Etete isn’t lazy.. he’s just not the type of player that has the energy. Why Ian Rush was so important for Liverpool, and why KE plays for us and not Spurs. The sort of quality our fans expect comes at a price.

Doesn’t matter who we’re playing. We never laid a glove on them.

If we don’t get anything at QPR then serious questions will need to be answered.

Toothless against a team who have only conceded 17 goals all season. We did our best against an exceptional team. Sometimes you just have to acknowledge when the opposition are better.

Yet others have run Leicester to the wire. We are in decline, but some on here are too afraid to say it.

Being in decline indicates a hopeless situation, which was probably the case at the end of last season. We are now a team very much in transition but one that will not only be bolstered by two of our best players returning soon but will hopefully be boosted by several quality recruits, who should have no problem helping the team reverse its current form.

Granted the team does seem to have run out of steam but the arrival of better quality players in the new year should have a big impact on our fortunes moving forward.

Really that should have been a 4-0 win for Leicester. That game showed the lack of quality we have all round. Although we started to give it a go at the end, thanks to Leicester stepping down into a lower gear, we really need to have a close look at ourselves and work out a game plan to our strengths. I can't see us doing that until we have got rid of some of this dross we are carrying.

To me Colwill is the only one we should be looking at to build the team around of late. I thought he would be a surprise exit this January but I've changed my mind over the last couple or more games as I believe he needs better players around him. Most of these players we have been playing of late just don't do it for me. Ralls, Wintel, Bowler, Tanner, Robinson I see nothing. Then we have the likes of Sawyers, Rimo, and Adams who we are basically carrying. Replace these lot with half quality players and we could see a big difference coming out of Colwill.

Alnwick, Collins, Goutas, Ng, McGuiness at the back should see us ok for this season but we need to get help for Siopis as he must be knackered by now playing along side Wintle and Ralls. Then of course we need that striker which everyone and his dogs will not argue about.

Sorry I’m still backing us for top six,Moore and them other two from Turkish league plus the injured boys back.

Leicester spent 35m in the summer in addition to those they kept from the prem and loans all from top clubs.

Bulet had Ramsey and a packet of chewing gums to offer players.

If we had 35m and Bulet, we would've given them a game last night!!!

They spent 35 million and received a fortune for Maddison it is a very well run club I do not think our strikers is the main problem our back 4 work really hard because our midfield is shocking every team and Leicester was more clear they just floated through our midfield like they were not there.

I think the midfield has been poor for a few seasons now

Totally agree Bill. I cannot remember the last time we had an accomplished midfield. Even when we last got promoted to the PL our midfield was nothing to write home about and it's been getting worse season by season. That's why I believe we need 2 decent midfielders (and a striker) in the transfer window.

Why? We hace a chance. Leicester are a premier league team and club, so not suprused with the loss... but some fans are mentally adjusted that we're an escape relegation club.

A run of wins and its all change. May go the other way, of course, but we're in the discussion; definately.
