Bulut: “Well, their squad, we don’t need to speak so much about that. They have a different squad to us. They took one or two players, one or two left the team. We didn’t get anyone in yet but I hope in a while (we will).

"The first game in Leeds was a good game for us. We could have won but we lost two points in the 96th minute.

"The teams now know each other better, what they are playing against, so I hope we can manage the game well to have a win or at least a point, to show we will do everything to take points.”

Not good news on O’Dowda

O’Dowda coming back?

Bulut: “He was starting with us and then he got a small injury, because of the injury he had that can happen. It happened to him. Now it looks like six weeks (from today) until he’s back playing, hopefully March.”

“We are not lucky with this.”

Bulut: “Aaron about 10 days, he will then start training with the team. He is doing well. I hope he can continue then without any problems and he can be in the team.”

"These injuries are always on a small line - something can always happen that an injury again can finish the season for the players. Ramsey and O’Dowda are very important players for us. We can see it on the field, our xG dropped down a little bit (without them), those players helped us a lot in the offensive part. Our xG, creating chances dropped without these main players.

"The players have had to change, the system has changed. The players have done a really good job. After 26 games we are in ninth position and three points away from the play-offs. We cannot say it’s bad. It’s good work from the players, who have worked really hard and given a lot. We have to push and work hard until the end of the season.

About Bakasetas, I would love to have him here, but it would not be a possibility to bring him here.

We have to delete this from our minds. Cancel it and not focus too much on Bakasetas, because he has really good offers from big clubs like Besiktas and Panathinaikos want him back.

Good news about Ramsey, maybe he’ll be in contention for the games in February.

The fact that O’Dowda is injured for longer means we need to sign a left back this month.

Two new signings close, hopefully get at least one of them done by tomorrow.

Eli King aged 21

After 5 months at League 2 Morecambe on loan

Has been sent out for the rest of the seasons on loan to Scottish Football Club Ross County till the end of the season.


Ross County have agreed to pay Kings wages in full.

Kieron Evans was due to go out on loan to Mansfield, then Gateshead, but both clubs would not pay all his wages.

Last season Evans went bout to Torquay in the Non League.

Evan was told to find a club in September by Bulut.

Evans contract expires this June and No new one has been offered.

Erol Bulut:

Jamilu Collins set for Contract extension

Jamilu Collins is set for an automatic contract extension if he starts two more games.

Bluebirds boss Bulut has said he has been in talks with the Nigeria full-back over a new deal, however it has come to light that a new deal automatically triggers very soon.

Erol Bulut:

“I have had No discussions about extending my contract from none of the board.”
“I would like to stay and be part of next season.”

Kieron Evans aged 22 is having a medical today at Non League Gateshead till May and they will pay all his wages after a week of negotiations.

Evans Contract expire then at Cardiff City.
