Mendez-Laing scored today as well.

I think Paul Parry, Michael Chopra, Danny Gabbidon and Jay Bothroyd all scored today for a retired players team

I told you he wasn't coming and nobody believed me the man is a mercenary and all he thinks about is money.

For me he would've been the difference between us challenging for playoffs and being mid table which is where we'll end up.

Do I blame him for not coming here, absolutely not. More money and Ipswich in a better position than us.

Do I care how he does for Ipswich? Absolutely not. The only time I want to hear his name again is scoring for Wales in the playoffs.

He wanted to come here but it wasn’t a viable option.

It was Ipswich or stay.

He gets his wage whatever so money was not a factor. The money paid to Bournemouth was a lot higher from Ipswich as their promotion bonus offered was very realistic

Torquay-born Keiffer is related to Monty, according to what he posted the other day, Ned...

Would explain the blind loyalty...! ;)

It was the Law of Averages that said you'd get one thing right after all this time; and by heck are you milking it...!

Maybe one of the players we are supposed to sign might come off by those same laws. :D

In all seriousness, Keifer wanted to come here. He has bought a place here. The choice was Ipswich or stay and not play due to the large bonus if Ipswich go up. Quite frankly they are more likely to go up than us and that’s a hefty bonus for Bournemouth.

In the summer the choice was Millwall or stay despite our interest however all moves were off when Bournemouth’s striker move fell down.

People are criticising Keifer on here but he has moved to get first team football so he is fit for Wales. Surely we are happy with that?

The above is not ITK. My mate is ITK and houses Bournemouth youth team players at his gaff.

Neil, you're right on his wanting to come here but whisper it quietly, as the mockers will be on you like a shot...

As for Wales...? I'm not an international 'fan', so my only interest is Cardiff City FC and all I know is Bournemouth looked after themselves more than their player...
