I'd be very happy with Buckingham but I can't see it happening cos we'd have to pay Oxford compensation.

I was hoping that because as a football professional, he saw things differently from the fans and last year's philosophy was the best way to maximise our point haul and that this season we'd see the "new" or "real" Bulut philosophy. That is not happening and he hasn't a clue how to stop it so he is blaming everyone.

I kind of feel sorry for him. To be a professional footballer and manager you need a lot of self-belief and live in an environment of positivity. This is unknown to him, he hasn't had a second-half-of-the-season slump like last seasons before, he has never had this bad a start anywhere or anytime from the first age he kicked a ball.

He has no idea how to stop this, he doesn't have the tools or experience. We have recruited poorly (again) and need to do something. No point calling him in for an improvement plan, he can't, otherwise he would have.

Today he will have one of the most undignifying experiences a manager can have. Warnock is in the crowd and you know what will be sung when we are 2-0 down......

Agree. Also don't see why he'd leave Oxford for us. They seem like a well run club when we clearly aren't.

If he carries on like he is, could get a much better job so he'd be better off waiting.

Ned managers take their chance when it comes as never know when next chance will come... as for leaving Oxford to city no matter how well a club is run when a much bigger club comes along invariably they take job for reason point out? Call it an ego trip whatever they will leave.

We will not be paying severance to Bulut and compensation to anyone.

I still can not believe that Tan didn't put some sort of clause in Bulut contract. Bottom quarter league position after say 10 games and off you go with three months Payment in lieu of notice.
