Let’s hope he’s right in his Trust of Riza if this is the case Monty

I think Bilic would be a great appointment but January 2025 ?

Here is a link to his appointment inerview when he started at Watford. Seems a realist about manager situations and Honest about it all.

Would love him here.

I just think tan will go for the cheapest option after been fooled by bulut that we would be top 6 contenders
He surely knows any thought of promotion has gone,
so will revert back to normal just staying afloat and in the championship.
Hence my thoughts on him keeping riza for only one reason no cost to him

Tan has really no interest in spending 20 mill on a squad to push for promotion,
thats why we have had loans for the last 5 years,
hear for 1 season then gone
grant philogene philips as examples .

Monty is tan really going to gamble on possible relegation if riza is in charge? He may have had decent results and hanged way we play but it's a gamble having inexperienced coach in a struggling team ... said from start riza won't get job still stand by that but it is tan we ate talking about so who knows ..

Allan
I think tan would think whoever comes in in January will turn it around
We again will have to wait and see what materializes.

I agree with Allan. It is way too long to wait until January to appoint an experienced and hopefully established manager.

It's very risky, they will have to keep reviewing and make an early decision on another Manager if we continue to underperform or if a good Premiership Manager becomes available like Cooper, and see if they would consider the job.

For me though if it’s True?

It’s madness as their are 15 games until January

Monty we have 15 games until January so need to win minimum 5 and draw another 5 at least to keep us in touch but by then probably leave us screwed! Houdini wouldn't get us out of relegation and you would hope tan ect will know this....but if riza wins Saturday it will only muddy the waters for tan... we need better than riza for long-term growth

Allan
i don' t want riza to manage another game i want a quality manager who knows the championship but its tan's toy and i hate that fact a mwn who has lost total interest in cardiff city,
hence loans for 5 seasons no ambition

Monty I Don't want him full time either.... loans are part of his cost cutting because generally not all wages for all players paid by city.....probably lost interest why won't sell? Probably blind faith something will connect and we get promoted hard to find another reason.

There must be 8 managers in frame that is a fact ! But not paying compensation is definitely not a "fact" as nothing as happened no matter what you think tan will or won't do.

I'll say it again, we will NOT pay any club compensation for a manager. Also yes, there are still a number of managers being considered for the job.

The club is a basket case, i was told Schumacher was highly likely to get the job, then it went quiet so obviously as reported today the club didnt see him as an ideal candidate.

Why they are taking so long and why they dont think that listed managers are adequate for the job only THEY know.

But what i do know is there are still names on their radar who are not on the betting.

What they are up to, only they know. Shambles of a club, its embarrassing.

Won't pay compensation because choose a coach that is out of work or riza? Like I said previously why pay compensation when no need to as so many good out of work coaches ... but it is a safe bet to say won't pay compensation on that basis and not because tan is tight with his money .... but it is rediculas that we haven't got one of these coaches.
