Under these type of Managers , Cardiff have had the WORST run of results for over 100 years, defeats, goals scored / conceded and beyond awful football.

NEIL WARNOCK & MALKY MACKAY OUR BEST YEARS FOR 50 PLUS SEASONS / PROMOTIONS / TROPHIES / WEMBLEY
And even though I don’t like Dave Jones, The best football and Wembley.

DO NOT RUSH IN TO EMPLOYING RIZA AS FULL-TIME AFTER JUST BEATING / THRASHING PLYMOUTH & BECAUSE HE IS CHEAP.
He is very very inexperienced.
Let’s give him so many matches at a time.

WE HAVE MADE THESE MISTAKES TIME & TIME AGAIN.

Just look we now only get 15,000 home fans and struggling with away support.

What about Mick McCarthy? He’s not mentioned.

I never mentioned him because I feel he is past his time, a Dinosaur and out of date with how the game is played .

Fair comment.

Unfortunately you cannot pick and choice the experienced managers. Most clubs get it wrong . Only Bournemouth, Brighton and Brentford have got it right in the premiership and were any of their managers experienced? Don’t get sucked into experienced been success.

Yes I know what you’re saying , definitely needs to be assessed monthly before making a drastic decision , but atleast it’s looking so much better at the moment and only time will tell ,
But who knows he could be the next Vincent Kompany the way his work ethic seems to be.
And also is there actually any money to spend on an expensive experienced manager if tan is still paying buluts wages ???

As I said after the Bristol game - Omer Riza will be in charge of the next game ...2 weeks later Plymouth .

Followed by he will be in charge to the International break - That's when decisions may be made ...Or carry on to Xmas .

Good Luck to him ... He has the chance to make this his job ...

You don't find out how good a manager is when they're winning. Bad streaks will come, like they do to every manager. That's when you find out who's got the *******s or not.

Riza can't be doing any more than he's doing currently and I don't believe it's just a new manager bounce. He's letting the creative players play. Bulut would bring on Tanner with 20 mins left when it's level and expect him to defend. We've seen what he can do when he's allowed to attack. Personally I'd rather with 4-3 every week a la Keegan.

As someone else says - if you're going to go down - at least go down playing attractive football

I think we have always rushed into giving contracts and in this case simply say to Riza keep on winning and improving and we will back you. He has improved the style but a way to go. It is clear there is more tempo and the players have improved. Why not just simply see how it goes on a temporary basis as is and how long we keep doing well!
If it continues and he is able to get us promoted clearly he will get a the chance to manage in the premier league! If we drop off then we goto option b.
As they say let’s take one game at a time as fans as well and start enjoying the better football bring the love back!
