He is under contract with the club until June 2025, so there is no rush to offer him a contract yet. I would offer him bonuses for the time he is doing the manager job, depending on where we are in the league, and if he continues getting the results, offer him a contract when it seems he is fully capable of doing the job. That could be November, January, or the end of the season.
It is great how he has got the players playing their natural game, and they give the impression that they are really enjoying themselves.

In the Plymouth game, that was the best individual performance I have seen from any player this season by Ruebin Colwill he totally controlled the game. While the others were also giving a performance, we have not seen from them since last season, so Riza must be doing something right.

Just to be a little sarcastic. Posters saying to wait and see how he gets on against better teams above us. Every team was better and above us when he took the reins.
I like the style and format that he’s injected. We’ve got the same players playing like night and day compared to how they were playing only a couple of weeks before. On that basis alone he’s shown he’s knowledgeable and got something about him.
Hopefully this run continues. And if it does, just give him the job.
For me, the “experienced” comment is overused. If someone knows what they’re doing they’ll succeed. Ipswich being a prime example.
Fingers crossed, Omer knows what he’s doing.

Sorry but I think riza is doing a fantastic job. He’s completely changed our approach and style of play. He commends the respect of his players. They are responding to him. We can play sublime football and we can battle and fight while still having attacking chances. He’s made the correct subs since the Bristol game.

I really don’t know what else he’s meant to do.
