Thankfully I'm currently in the latter bracket and haven't voted because I don't feel I'm qualified to do so.
It's a massive subject and understand people's opinions for and against it but until you have that awful experience you can't know now 100% how you'd feel in that situation.
You absolutely should vote for that reason. If you have an opinion one way or the other. It’s good to have a wide spectrum of views and experiences.

That is also true. I've had a relative going through a lot of pain for several months now.
But I do still have big concerns about the safe guarding.
What really needs to change is an improvement in palliative care.
I also understand some people who say this doesn't go far enough, I expect that will be part of the debate as this reaches it's next stage in 2025.
