The club is so unstable at the moment it’s trickling down to us fans we seem to not know what we want. If the team play bad it’s alll Riza fault but when they play better it’s the players doing it for themselves. We making ourselves look as incompetent as the owners. If we get relegated which I don’t think we will it could be a great reset. Two premier league champions have got relegated to league 1 relatively recently and came back to be champions. It’s not all doom and gloom a season of remembering how to win and breed some confidence could be just the tonic we need. And maybe encourage our owner to sell up.
Who know.

I agree with your first part about us fans but can't agree with your League 1 comment.

Tan can't afford to get relegated and if we do he certainly won't sell, he won't get a fraction of the price he wants. If we go down Tan will be here until we get promoted, which could be years.

We 100% need to stay up to get him to sell.

You probably right to be honest Mike about Tan less likely to sell up. Maybe it would give him the sharp shock it needs and make improvements.

How about getting tan and the board out first . There's our biggest problem

I've voted get rid end of season regardless, but we all know the emperor won't get a decent manager in, although if I'm being honest I would take Steve Morison over riza right now

I voted get rid regardless end of season. I think he'll keep us up, I predict a similar season next year if he stays, which will likely mean he'll get sacked around November time; based on championship bottom of the half trends.

The only way he'll flip this current situation is to get us in the top 6 by Christmas; unlikely isn't it.

Someone must be on a big wind up.
How can you praise up the manager then put out a Poll on sacking him.

If we were to sack him now it would be to late as the games are coming around quickly .
The new manager will need time to change mind set of players .

After season finishes get an experienced manager and coaches.
Then we have all summer to rebuild.

Hopefully we don`t go down but its going to be close if we don`t start winning games.
I have seen many relegations over 60 years and its not true Your to good to go down.
If you don`t win you deserve to go down.

Problem is we didn’t get a proven manager when Bulut was sacked so if Riza goes after the Luton game, chances are Purse will be appointed ….

Rather keep Riza till end of season

I agree , I don’t want riza, he’s out of his depth but I just know the board will have shaw or purse in charge for remainder of season. So I think I’d keep him until end of season and I just hope the board get someone in charge for next season who’s not at the club already

We need fresh clean out for next season but on a bigger point we need new owners
If the owner stays then we need a very experienced manager next season if tan wants us in premier leaugue , otherwise it’s just gona continue watching shit

Thought exactly the same since Purse got involved, brought his poor decisions from U21 to first team. There seems to be a lot of so-called coaches on the bench not doing a lot. Ramasat just looks lost and bewildered every game, Shaw looks totally uninterested and Riza well just looks like he is hoping there will be flood light failure :bluebird:

This poll shows that over all our fans are unhappy with Riza.

He is still learning and obviously made mistakes today. I do still think with an extra coach and similar signings to the ones in January, he can take us forward next season.

But I also worry that any replacement would actually be worse.

If they were going to bring in an experienced manager then they would have done it already. The fact they haven't should tell everyone that any replacement would just be a cheap option again.

But what's your opinion? Others clearly have a very different view to me.

Should he go now? Go at the end of the season? Stay?

He seems to be making the same mistakes game after game. He's not manager material and he should go now.

Lose tomorrow and I think he needs to go. Win tomorrow and I think we will stay up.

In my opinion he isn't good enough for a club that should be pushing for play offs and I believe we should be in that mix of clubs in with a chance. How many clubs pushing for promotion would take him as their manager on his showing for Cardiff?

Do I have faith the clowns above him will bring in someone better? No, but we shouldn't settle for a manager who isn't good enough.
