The reason the council haven't received any rent is that the agreement they have with the stadium management company is that rent over and above the peppercorn rent is only payable if the stadium makes a profit. It doesn't therefore no additional rent has to be paid to the council.
Not a bad arrangement the the rugby and football clubs really,

I'm of the belief that I hate English clubs more than a fellow Welsh club but you are punching above your weight in the championship.
That's not a piss take either swan...
we dont want or need billionaire investment though you need it desperately
we're happy in our skin whereas you dont know what you are at the moment
we know we're an average sized club doing rather well at the moment, and thats because we lives to our means and dont try to be something we're not...like you do

They owe back rent from the Vetch. Many council members in jackland are highly dubious that no profit has been made.

nowhere near
they are doing what most championship clubs do....make a loss, sell a player, build things up, make a loss etc
its manageable
where as we ?
spent massively to get here ...sam spent millions we didnt have
then once we got here spend higher again
and even when he went, keep being silly over spending
our situation is a million ( quite literally ) times more serious than swanseas
it makes us look daft trying to get one over on those tramps on the proper running of a football club
