Excellent proposal Paul, its done before though pre-sam days, I even got on the pitch to have the share certificate presented by Mr SB himself along with other chaps who subscribed to Mike Morris' initiative on getting a group together to buy sufficient shares to make it worthwhile for the club.
I don't live in Wales anymore, so am too far removed to actively become involved in the trust, I will join once MM has sorted the online thing but can offer advice from afar as they say. I've been involved on several major stadium developments over the years, as an Engineer/Project Manger/Advisor so have met some shall we say very interesting people involved at the highest level of our game.
Not all are out to make a "quick buck but are in for the long term" to quote a something I shouldn't have party to! Didn't involve CCFC I'm afraid though!
