Quite fancied the idea of Centre Parcs so i've just checked out how much it would be for easter for 4 nights & it's a £1000 quid How the fook can they justify that

But later in the year I will be going back to Centre Parcs next to Longleat (about 1hr and 20 mins away).
Went there last year thought it would be for Nerds, How wrong was I, hadnt ridden a bike since I was 11. You dont have to, but with the kids and no cars allowed on site it amazing through all the Forests, theyve got a train on site for the lazy ones. Wicked indoor and outdoor hot pools, whirl pools etc, fishing, boat rides, climbing, small shows, pottery, Bars, about 10 different ones,Restaurants,Bowling,Sports Cafe etc etc.

Then staying in a Log Cabin with a Real log Fire. You can stay for 3,4 or 7 nights, I recomend to anyone.

Anyone going anywhere This Year ?

i was there last weekend. there was 8 of us in a two story 4 bed house. had 4 bathrooms, wifi and a sauna. good fun. the bike kills me every year (been about 6 times now). the rapids were cold this time. spent most of my relaxing time in the warm jacuzzi (or on saturday watching city and then wales in the sports bar)

what the kids manage in climbing them trees for zip wire, high walks and vertical drops is amazing. i'd need a sea-king helicopter to rescue me.

I've been going for weekends for about 12 years. We are going for Bonfire weekend, the fireworks are brilliant and it's a good time to go to lift the gloom, at the start of winter.

Off to New York in 16 working days (not counting) then 4 nights in Memphis then back to NY.
