Regulating is obviously going to be difficult - mostly as I've said for the disparity in ability between Man Utd reserves and Wolves reserves. It's very much a common sense thing - and let's be honest, nobody can even pretend Wolves even appeared to give off the semblance of "correctness" in this case.
Managers, sorry, managers aren't dumb. McCarthy is a total pillock, sure, but it's pretty much a clear and shut case in this one.
In others where it's marginal, well, managers need to look to themselves, ask, "is this a team that gives me the best chance of winning this game?"

You see, that's where it confuses me. I don't understand why managers wouldn't play their best team in every game. We've seen it enough in the past where teams upset the odds. Every game is winnable in my eyes. I just think that it's not fair to punish one team for changing so many players and not another team. It should be across the board, no matter what the ability of the replacement players.
