quick question. i thought a platinum ambassador, is some one who signed up to the 5 year fixed plan when we moved to the new stadium, not just some one who has been an ST for a number of years.

Also, renewal ST's avilable form Feb 1st?

I have plans for the spare ticket. I will renew as soon as I can on Wednesday so I can get a spare ticket. How is the 'first come fist served' basis. Is it first to renew or first to buy? Really want to know if I will get another ticket.

Annis i have 5 premier seats up on level 4, some people up there are down to earth, same as me, you know the ones that are stuck up, come to the game and just have the free coffee, i quite like it up there for my view of the pitch, and i can have a tidy pint in glass, miss being in the canton, but thats why i go to more away games but am only using the five i get, so if you know anyone that may want one let me know, ask you as they wont be plastics lol! :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Platinum Ambassadors who renew before Feb 9th 2012 will be eligible to receive 1 additional Carling Cup Final ticket, subject to availability.

Anyone who is not currently a season ticket holder but buy a new season ticket for 2012/13 before Feb 9th 2012 will be eligible to receive 1 Carling Cup Final ticket, subject to availability.

That means if only and (I pluck a figure of say) 3,000 people become new season ticket holders or renew then all 3,000 will be eligible for a Carling Cup Final ticket.

If more than the number of Carling Cup Final tickets available is exceeded by new season ticket sales and renewals then it will be dealt with on a first come, first served basis.

The new pricing structure of 16-21 year old has replaced the previously known student price. The reason for this is the club wish to help the young adult fan amongst our support and with the difficult times being faced by many due to finances it is felt that they can help the 5 year difference between the 16 - 21 yr old. The pricing will be the same as last years student price, so if you are in the age group of 16-21 and are still a student then you will pay the same as last year, if you are an older student (over 21) then you will be paying an adult price, the student pricing has been open for abuse in the past and by dealing with supporters on age eradicates this problem.

Student pricing for Wembley is still unknown at the time.

Anyone who is hoping to upgrade a child ticket to an adult ticket for Wembley this situation is also unknown as the club has yet to finalise the finer details of the pricing structure including the upgrading of concessions.

Current half season ticket holders will be entitled to 1 Carling Cup final ticket.

Season tickets for this season are no longer on sale.

Away travel members will be serviced once the current ambassadors and renewals and new season ticket holders for next season have been satisfied but away travel members will be prioritised after these fans have been satisfied and ahead of any general sale.

Carling Cup tickets will not be on sale until after FEB 9th :ayatollah:

I hope I have helped with any queries and the full and final details will be announced tomorrow at 11am.

am an away member as i live in brighton and what iv'e just read seems spot on, people who get there season tickets from year to year are what got us to wembley through the money they spend, so they are the basis of everything, even more important than the players, so if theres no ticket left for me, at least i know theres more season tickets sold for next season :ayatollah: i got a couple of ipswich tickets today for the 18th, me being there is more important than being at wembley as at least i will know my seat in london will be cheering on the city :ayatollah:

same here, so much for a price freeze, im 22 and a student and can barely afford a season ticket as it is. nice one ccfc.

Same.

I'm very pissed off that I paid up front in vain for this five year price freeze but then they remove my category. Surely, legally, they have to honour the promises made when we entered the agreement?

I'm going to enquire at the club about this as I'm very disappointed.

I understand that there can be people with full time jobs who take the piss because they've done some sort of course and ended up with a student card, but I think the club should be honouring their agreement for the sake of genuine, full-time students who otherwise will struggle to afford to watch City.

This is totally out of order IMO and the club should be ashamed. The club agreed a frice freeze and should stick by this and not change age groups to get away with saving money. Poor PR move by the club.... I'd expect this type of cock up by Gethin Jenkins not the current set up. Poor.

Re Student season tickets/5 year price freeze. Before going on a rant, ask the club about it. I would imagine that anyone on that tariff with the price freeze will be honoured and I think you would have a case legally if not.

One other thing(and it doesn't affect me) surely current away members should be serviced before anyone who now decides it's a good time to buy a season ticket for next season only because it gets them a ticket for Wembley? Personally I think the away members should be entitled to one before anyone gets the chance of a second ticket - I hope I have read it correctly to have this opinion! We all know folk who can't afford season tickets or stay miles away that makes it not worth it who are away members and go as and when they can - there is less incentive every year to become an away member if you ask me.
