I'm a self employed car salesman who works for my mate, cushy hours, good laugh and we have bbq's for dinner in the summer so not the most stressful of jobs. I always worked in factories before this and the buzz when I sell a car cannot be beaten fair play, sold about 20 since the new year so not bad at all. I deal in mainly brand new cars with the odd part ex for sale and we haven't got a forecourt but a little office in a unit so it isn't your typical car sales job but very interesting and totally different to what I have done before.

I own a small property developement company and also own 41 rental properties.

My wife owns a wholesale furniture company, supplying retail stores and internet sellers.

what type of landlord are you annis? is it a pub/club or housing landlord

Flats now, I am not involved in Pubs anymore.

May need your advice on flats in the coming months when i move back from Glasgow to Cardiff, lol

I buy plots of land and develope them.

No nothing to do with the Tustin's. Been using Clarity in Bridgend as a 'Flag of Convenience' for about six months but have actually disolved that partnership and taken my share of the businees back as of today, so i'll be changing my handle very soon.

Was a self employed Artexer for 11 years, had good contracts with Cardiff council, but it all went tits up once Artexing became unfashionable.

Drive buses now..well it's easier than working for a living.

Had a sales and marketing company for 3 years,set it up when I was just 23.Now in the hotel industry running a small hotel which is about 30 hours a week less than before,so a good move.

However if you can get good at sales and marketing I think it will stand you in good stead when running lots of different businesses.
