I was the other shareholder who voted against the land sale (only after acknowledging that you offerign to build the HOS was sacrificial gesture by a true City fan). Knowing that it would be passed by a huge majority, it was a protest vote. Me stamping my foot because as far as I know, the last two of the promised additional income streams from the new stadium have been sold off (the more valuable of them to Paul Guy, the largest shareholder of the club).
If you think I was voting for Administration, you'd be wrong because if that happens I will lose the value of my shareholding like you all will but to be honest, in relative terms Paul Guy and the rest of you larger shareholders can probably afford it more easily than me.
Similarly, I will be attending the protest march, not because I expect it to change anything but because I'm protesting at the maladministration that has got us into this mess. Please explain to TG that we don't hold him responsible as he's only been a director for 5 minutes (assuming we've now filled in that ever so complicated form correctly). If he's too sensitive or not clever enough to understand that we exempt him from the criticism, I'm not sure I want his lot owning the club anyway.

Myself and my Daughter who is a Student with a part time job both parted with our money for the 'Golden Ticket' scheme and were cynically exploited by the Board who knew we were under a transfer embargo and couldn't purchase any players in the transfer window but still robbed every last penny off many fans who could ill afford it,

If you want to get the fans to back the board how about start some cost cutting by reducing all board members salaries by 50% and making some redundancies starting with Ridsdale his Press Officer and one of the two Stadium Managers then go to Malaysia apologise for all the bullshit Ridsdale as previously spun them and explain to them the greatest asset the Club has at the moment is 20,000 fans who passionately support the Club.

Then and only then would myself and my Daughter consider not joining the demostration on Saturday!

Is your firm an unsecured creditor? Back of the queue for payment if the club go into administration? Does the debt include the profits you made from the deal?

The bottom line is that the council gave the club a huge parcel of valuable development land and despite it being profitably developed by firms owned by members of the board it didn't generate enough money to build us a stadium debt free. The board used the value to keep their businesses afloat and profitable at the expense of the club. Any of their businesses in financial trouble? No? Didn't think so......

Remember Cardiff City is a business, all of the big shareholders want to maximise their return's and every decision they make is geared more towards leaving with as much money as possible, than what is best for the fans.

If going into administration means the theiving bastards on the board go,then bring it on!. Riddler ur a f`ing disgrace,be a man and do the honourable thing........get a pistol and blow ur brains out!!

Well, the point is more about the whole tendering process - were the best deals for the club occuring, which means less debt.

cant believe the stick Borley is getting, he has done so much for this club, yes he speaks out on behalf of the board but he is a director..that is what goes on in business...they stick together

i am frustrated, and fed up,and no I am not a lover of PR, this club has been run badly for years, ever since Bob Grogan, this lot are not better than SH, BUT until someone wants to take over we are stuck with them
