Number 7 for me but make the dragon red

Re: Compromising Kit Designs

Thu May 10, 2012 9:01 pm

These designs is the reason why I think we can come to a compromise with the owners to keep both groups happy.

I do believe we need TG or VT to sit down in a meeting with fans to come to a decision as soon as possible.

I had a go at making a red away kit with the proposed black trim, instead of dragon logo I used a watermark of it.

LOVE the mixed attempt. Would be more than happy to see that as a compromising shirt.

Love the merged one..... as long as you make sure it's not made in that bloody Lycra like the Welsh shirts.... Men of my build should never be seen in skin tight shirts....

Can someone post the merged 1 to Steve borley on Twitter as he is going to pass the ideas on to the malaysians, I would but I don't know how to use Twitter even though I have it lol

There are some excellent ideas here, make this a sticky, it shows we can accept change or compromise, we can be positive towards vt's idea's. Let the Malaysians see these designs, I'm sure they'd accept one of them.

Well done that man! That 2nd pic is one of the nicest kits ive seen in years, somebody should sent an image of that to the club as a suggestion?

Maybe VT will like it?

Yeah, some top drawer ideas there mate. Love the second one. Can someone get a copy of that to TG right now?! Looking at the red away kit you also did with the normal club badge, I wouldn't have an issue playing in that as our home kit if the blue kit was away.

This is what I have said all along. A compromise can reached definitely. :ayatollah:

The problem is now, once you insult an Asian they never forget it, I know I live with them and Im married to one. Not that I ever insulted one but I know people who has. They will also feel guilty them self and that will hurt them too and they will as they say it SHY to us cos of what we think they were going to do. We need some kind of a 50/50 way to go forward or this club will not be around soo. In this world where money is not easy to fined where are we going to fined another backer.

If so how about this, had a play around with current logo

The only thing I was against was loosing the Bluebirds nickname and being called dragons, but looking at this badge I quite like it, and FairPlay the kit designs are good too. I would defiantly buy the ones with the dragon shaddowing.

I did a reserve version for the away kit, here's what the two would look like:

Tweeted it to Steve Borley as well if anyone fancies retweeting it or giving me a follow :P - https://twitter.com/#!/Daniel_CCFC/status/200965937699094528

I really like the 3rd shirt , but would look even better with Blue shorts with Red stripe down side. :old:

Unbelievable, I designed a similar one last night, we're obviously on the dame hymn sheet here, cracking designs. Can't see why any bored member or fan would disapprove

i really like them both, but the idea of an away kit is that it doesn't clash with the opposition's colours!

I didn't like the thought of having red anywhere besides the red dragon on our club badge, but I approve of that away kit. :ayatollah:

Really like the 2nd one, and the one with the dragon on the bottom. A couple of the others look too much like crystal palace number 4(IMO) and one of thm Number 5ithink looks more like rugby, but excellent designs and effort! Very impressed

Like such?

Difficult to make it appear as prominent as the dragon on the home, mainly as it's more of a large/bulkier shape as opposed to the detailed dragon perhaps.
