I would rather wales be independent but in Europe. Rather than be part of the uk and out of Europe.

Though my preference is and what all welsh people who care about wales and they children's future is wales in uk in Europe.

I don't like Europe it's far from perfect. But I know it's by far the best option on offer.

Well I care about Wales and my childrens future but i am voting out 100%. You are entitled to your opinion but who are you too make such a BOLD statement. Please enlighten me, on what facts are you basing your above comments

It is because i care about my childrens future that i want to leave, just like thousands of other patriotic Welsh parents, so i guess this makes your above quote total BOLLOCKS.

You are entitled to your opinion but please do not speak for me and thousands of others because obviously not ALL Welsh people who care will be voting to stay in.

I respect your opinion and wanting to stay in the EU, I do not appreciate being labelled an uncaring parent because i will be voting to leave.

Neither am I. There's a plethora of reasons to leave the EU and immigrations is not one of them. In fact I have already told people in this thread to stop banging on about immigration because it's unlikely to change whether we stay in or out of the EU. I'm voting to leave because I believe that this country will be better off out.

Was reported a little while ago that cannot sustain such a policy for long as services overrun like local housing! Apparently they were moving out people to make room for migrants? :o

And to help you BB-77 Bluevanman did-not state your opinion was 'fact' he reasonably asked "on what facts do you base your opinion?" which is completely different.

Of course you can have an opinion based completely on zero facts but that opinion obviously has less credibility. So rather than playing the 'belittling card' (again) how about explaining on which FACTS you base your opinion or simply admit its a gut feeling with nothing to back it up. :D

No, Germany in the long term will benefit hugely from Syrian migration economically, they will suffer hugely culturally though. Germany has a very low birth rate, they badly needed a young unskilled workforce to come and fill the gaps of their ever growing economy, it's why they were keen to welcome these people. Sadly this will come at a price, Germany will be a semi Islamic republic in 50 years time.

Re: ' POLL ' How would you vote on eu today?

Really thick question but are other countries who are currently in the eu also voting out/in (their own referendum?) I doubt it as some countries will gain a massive benefit from forming part of the eu but I was curious that's all. From what I've read I hi I I'm out!

Re: ' POLL ' How would you vote on eu today?

Mon Jun 06, 2016 5:21 pm

Even though I will be voting out, I have believed that the most likely outcome will be that the remain camp will come out on top. Now I am not so sure. The latest polls put the leave campaign ahead by 3 and 4 points. The poll on this forum obviously has the remain way behind, and I would estimate approx two thirds of my friends and family will be voting out. I was on a mini bus trip on Sunday with 9 other people from all walks of life, but all ex servicemen. Every single person on the bus is planning to vote out, and I am no longer convinced that it is a cert that the remain campaign will win this vote. I think it may a lot closer than I first thought, although the bookies are not usually far wrong in a two horse race.

as someone entering the jobs market after a long life of education, if i was voting purely for my own selfish reasons i would vote to stay in. many firms will reassess how many they hire and consider relocating.

the truth is we don't know what will happen to the economy in the short to medium term. however, for the country as a whole, and taking a long term view, its clear to me that it is vital we leave the EU and take back control of key policy areas like immigration, so we can prevent masses of unskilled unskilled europeans coming. it doesnt make sense to have an NHS or social housing when people who pay nothing in can jump the queue - its just common sense.

countries in eastern europe, france, and germany do very well out of the EU. we don't.

Lol. Immigration again. My friend immigration won't change. If we want to trade with Europe which we will we still have to abide by the laws. If anything leaving the eu will cause more immigration especially illegal immigration.
If that's you some reason for voting then be make worse you reason.

If we leave, we probably won't be the only ones. The EU will probably change completely over the next decade if we actually get out. Immigration was not a mega problem here before we joined. The fact is that nobody knows what will happen if we leave, and nobody knows what will happen over the next few years if we stay. Everyone is guessing, but I'm certainly not going to take any notice of a prime minister who was prepared to risk the future of his country for the benfit of himself and his party. Why offer the referendum if voting out is the disaster he says. if getting out is going to destroy the UK, he should offered his resignation, not a referendum.
