Thankfully I don't get the same commentary you do & the US commentators can be quite scathing even about their own team.

This is rubbish to watch, only one shot on target between them in 63 mins.
If we try to play like this next season there wont be many turning up.
The passing stats might be high, but theres nothing exciting to see.
Passing back to goalie whenever someone gets near a defender on the half way.

Football is a simple game made boring with defensive tactics.
As a fan i want to see positive attacking play, i prefer to lose having a go not sitting back relying on a mistake or penalty to win games.

Looked like England were playing for penalties, which is crazy considering their record. Switzerland were at least trying to win the game
