His side were completely outplayed here, yet he came close to scoring twice.

Showed enough for me that he's worth a punt... on top of what we've all seen him do on TV.

What has Austins scoring been like over the last 10 games or so?

For some reason he dont excite me, im not sure why though because he is obviously a very good goal scorer. Could just be because he was so anonymous in our game.

You're right regarding the game against us, he was was well dealt with by our defenders that day, but he would undoubtedly score goals if he played for us.

Let's be honest now, our top goalscorer is on 8 goals if i'm correct. He would easily break that, and probably in less than half the bloody time it took ours to get to that.

Tbf you are as bad as them (just the opposite end of the spectrum). Are you really saying Austin wouldn't even entertain the thought of going to us?

Im saying it wont even get as far as that thought crossing the player's mind because we wont pursue him. He is beyond us at the moment. Personally I don't see Austin moving this window and if he does then come back. But he defo isn't coming here unfortunately.
