Will you come out and play tomorrow night? I know you did at the Amex and must admit I thought we was rather fortunate to get a draw as thought you looked good. Think we were taken aback from you on how you played as most teams park their bus and try and hit us on the counter attack like Watford did and we got punished badly but we've learnt our lesson from that day and have made sure we're not so naive again. Arsenal came and played our game and if it wasn't for that fluke goal in the 85th minute then we'd have had a draw.

We in 7th and realistically can only catch Middlesbourgh as the rest are out of sight. If it wasn't for Middlesborugh dire performances then the Play - offs would have been sown up and 5 clubs fighting for that 2nd automatic spot.

Middlesborough lose at the weekend has given us a massive lift and we can beat any team in this division if we click which we haven't yet as we're hit and miss, go on a run then lose a few and draw shit loads. We are the draw specialists so I predict a draw but saying that we seem to be your bogey side, can't remember the last time you beat us but saying that you've improved your squad and have an impeccable record at home but we all know that complacently comes into it so we're hoping you're complacent tomorrow evening.

Thoughts?

Shit or bust for us, we need to go all out attack and can see us nicking it if you play an open game.

There is NO SUCH THING as all-out attack from Cardiff City, so you can forget that for a start mate.

Our back four, and our midfield will work their bollocks off all night to deny your players space, and
Bellamy and Campbell will be like a rash all over your defenders to stop you trying to build from the
back.

the only real difference at home is our wide players will have a bit more of a go at your
full-backs, we will press whenever possible and hope that Noone, Bellamy, Campbell and
Smith can get at you. Give those players space and they will hurt you. The reason we are
top is because OUR defensive unit from Bellamy right back to Marshall will bust a gut all
night to deny you possession.

Do I think we will win?

I think Malky Mackays first instinct as a manager is not to lose mate, and to take it from
there. THATS what champions are made of ( i hope    )

I'm worried about Bellamy to be honest as he always seems to do well against us, if Bellamy keeps attacking our left back then think he'll do damage but reading your post again then I'm not confident at all now

Bellamy tends to play in a free role these days and he'll attack wherever he thinks is weakest or just create space for someone else to do the attacking. He just does not stop running all day. At all. He's got the best work ethic I've ever seen in a player.

Tricky fixture for us ever since you made the step up two years ago. We're a different animal nowadays though. Saturday proved this. Most of us were a bag of nerves going into a Bristol City side who were on an excellent run. It turned out our best home display in months. The passing, movement and above all patience is what makes us such a good side and a nightmare to face. If you come and park the bus like most sides, then we'll grind you down eventually. We've an uncanny knack of winning this season

Bellamy is like our CMS, terrorizes defenders and pulls the back four all over the place to allow our creative midfielders to exploit the holes for Alloa to feed of Orlandi.

We're a different animal as well but we're not getting the rub of the green. It feels like we're facing 14 players most of the time (3 match officials) and luck just doesn't go our way, they say luck evens itself out over the course of the season but that is just a myth.

Bag of nerves going into the city game, why? If they were such a bag then we'll be like a hot air balloon surely? Or do you find bottom end of the table team more daunting then mid to upper league table teams?.

Patience is our name and patience is our game and we are pros at that in this division as well as you should know. Park the bus? No chance, we never park the car let alone a bus, it's not our style, we play one one and will only play one way, it's our nature.

You won't be grinding us down as if you want to play then we'll be most accommodating as it's every other team that are humbugs City Gent.

I hope you do come here to win. With the amount of pace and power we have then it'll make for an exciting spectacle. I've noticed your away record is what's letting you down in your promotion push. There were quite a few factors for our nerves Saturday. Local derby for one. Hull closing the gap slightly midweek, but unlike in the days of Dave Jones, our anxieties aren't getting through to the squad. Looking forward to the game. If we get to 70 points tomorrow night it'll be another good milestone

There's no ifs or buts about it, we are coming for a win. A point isn't no good any more but if we got a draw then it's better than losing but puts more pressure on the next home game against Burnley but we play better away from home so shit or bust tomorrow so I hope Gus puts his best team out and brings on the flair players sooner rather than later to give your defenders more to think about.

Lua Lua - Buckley will give your defenders the runaround if any one of them start, if none of them start then questions need to be asked.

4-1

Betting man :)

How much are you prepared to put on that scoreline?

I'll have a wager with you and will pay up.

I'll bet £30 an Albion win, will you match it for a Cardiff win?

Most of us were a bag of nerves going into a Bristol City side who were on an excellent run. It turned out our best home display in months. The passing, movement and above all patience is what makes us such a good side and a nightmare to face. If you come and park the bus like most sides, then we'll grind you down eventually. We've an uncanny knack of winning this season

I think the game tomorrow is going to be really tough. Brighton are the sort of team that can come and get a result at our place as they play good football. Hopefully it'll be a great game! :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

We're playing very good football at the moment. Stringing together 18-20 passes then getting a shot on target, which is remarkable. If we play 4-4-1-1 & likewise with Brighton then I do believe we will be too much on the wings for you to get possession. If you play defensively. I'd say you'll be rewarded a point. I do like Brighton & it would be nice for you to snatch the final playoff spot. :)

Since our last (& only) home defeat, we have played 9 games, won 7, drawn 2, lost nil. 23 point gained since that defeat at home to Peterborough on Dec 15.

After tonight we will have 14 games remaining,,were currently on 67 points,,,would 90 secure promotion this season???

Would you take that now???

Difficult to say. I have noticed that in seasons where the Champions get most points, the
team finishing second generally do to!! think we just need to keep on going. We WILL
lose again I think. We may well have a 'bad patch' and lose two on the bounce. We've just
got to remember what got us where we are and keep going now. i just hope the arrogant
fuckers like Leicester keep straining their necks up at us looking for us to 'bottle it'.....

Cos its not happening!!!

Not this time!!

Noone will be gentle with us as he's a legend over here. Think you're be in for a harder game than most think.

Tonight will be tough and I'll be happy with a point. Brighton are a good team and on their day are as good as most teams in the league. I just hope that you have one of your inconsistent games. Hopefully boro, palace, hull, Leicester and Watford fail to win as well. Hopefully Brighton can finish above palace and boro. Good luck for rest of season

I won't take your money as i don't know you, but I think £30 to the charity of our choice(with proof of receipt)is something I'd prefer

Deal?

That's a good idea and money going to a good course. I'll post my charity of choice after the game that's if we win.

Regards.

In the seasons where the Champions have accumulated more points than in other years, the team in
second generally finishes with a high points total than normal too!!! :D :D :malky:
