this court case wasnt stopping Malky from working.........not having a job was..and the apology here is significant, please show me other examples of managers being sacked and giving an apology.........DJ didnt....

The difference here is we were being fed horse shit that Malky was going to fight this all the way and the "truth would come out".

People were putting Malky on a pedastool and that he was different to the rest when quite clearly he isnt.

He's very probably apologising because he wants to get on with his life and career. THAT's IT!!!! That's all he gives a toss about now and rightly so. Did he not use the word IF i gave offense e.t.c.........Some cynical sods on here aye. They think there's an hidden/devious agenda to everything. I can understand why some people didn't enjoy the football under MM but all the personal abuse really baffles me

No real surprise that a settlement has been reached and I wouldn't take to much notice of the apology within his statement as it's all part of the negotiated settlement. The reality is that the manner in which VT, and his cronies, dealt with this issue was an absolute disgrace and, in my opinion, the public apology should have been from VT to MM.


All water under the bridge now and I wish MM all the best for the future. But right now the last obstacle to VT completing his debt to equity promise has been removed.

Absolutely no reason why that doesn't happen immediately then Vinnie, but I won't be holding my breath waiting for him to do it.

Malky's apologie is for his outbursts in the last few weeks, not for any of his work at the club,if there were any wrong doings Tan would of had Malky locked up.
