Rumours gathering pace of a new consortium or two interested in buying the club, then former owner States big things happening in 2015 and thus, positive news suddenly lands, as supporters in their droves are considering not renewing season tickets. This could be the news that changes a few supporters minds into renewing Hmmmm as they say It would be nice to know exactly where these rumours are being started and who is to gain from them?

Synical bugger!!! I suspect that the club would be happy for rumours to go out regarding a takeover as I'm sure a fair few would renew on account of strong rumours. I dearly hope that takeover happens but until a new board is in place I'll remain an exiled bluebird

If the consortium can not afford to buy us up front, they can not afford us.

If so many wealthy men are involved why is the bid made in instalments and have to cough up the interest?

You are totally correct, cash is king as they say and it is far better in your bank. Most player purchases are brokered the same way not cos they don't have funds but makes sense.

Im very aware of how transfer costs are staggered payments, in the form of various bonus payments and staggered fees, but i would never had thought that would happen with the acquirement of clubs themselves. Not that i purchase many businesses or football clubs in my line of work!

He was a truly large character and he was great for the club at the time. I can remember the euphoria when he arrived and all all the walks round the pitch. It was all great just then...(He nearly did for us)

2. because the fans do NOT like the rebrand then the support of the team is being affected which affects the players
3. the affect on the players results in bad performances and results which ultimately sends us in the wrong direction
