Turned over to watch the Wrexham v Sheff Utd game while the kettle boiled & saw more excitement in 5 minutes of watching than 45 minutes of our game.

Typical Bulut ball. Pedestrian, turgid, lacking imagination. Little to no forward movement. Wide players not far enough up the field. Two defensive midfield players at home.

Substitute Rhinomota for Tanner. Get Rubin at 10 where he deserves an opportunity to play. He must be demoralised by being asked to play out of position all the time.

The main thing for me personally is we look comfortable in possession and playing out from the back.
When was the last time you could honestly say that?

Just lacking that bit of ability on the wings.
When El Ghazi and Willock play, I think we will see the difference.

Bulut's been in charge for 14 months and over 60 games if you include friendlies, how much more time do you want for it to click?

Colwill is probably the most overrated player I’ve seen in a long time. He does absolutely nothing!

It's not just Bulut, watching this game, these players are just not stepping up to the plate. We look absolutely awful but surely our players are not this bad......or are they?

To me it just looks like they cannot be bothered. Not happy! :bluebird:

Its not so much the possession based style its used by most teams now! It's the 2nd part of the style namely the attacking side that we dont posess at moment.. we fear going beyond half way we've got the players but not the willpower?

it’s symptomatic of the coaching. Cautious, uninspired and boring.

Colwill moved to 10. Huge influence on the game from an attacking point of view.

Of course it was a defender from a set piece, nothing new but at least we scored.

Set piece corner played onto Mcguiness head at the back post. Good goal 1-0 :bluescarf:

GOAL! Cardiff City 1-0 Bristol Rovers (McGuinness 68)

Mark McGuinness heads home!

Tanner whips a deep cross and McGuinness rises up and heads on target. It looks like it's been cleared by Garrett, but the referee awards the goal - the ball was over the line.

People have been saying it's the players fault since last November whatever players are out on the pitch but there's always been the same manager............. ;)

Nearly……

Unlucky there but a fantastic save from Conte’s shot

Tanner has livened the attack up on the wing, completely different from Saturday when he was happy to slow things down and play backwards
