This is dreadful, there is no tempo to our game, we are being over run in midfield.

Cardiff look shakey at the back

Paul over all we have been awful and No better than when Bulut was in charge

Imagine if we had a striker. All pressure, no end result.

Time for Robbins?

Missing Ralls no one winning the second ball and they are finding it so easy to play between the lines

Blackburn dominating and Cardiff second best all
Over the pitch

Absolutely awful first half just like we were at Luton
Sat Nov 09, 2024 1:18 pm
Major collision between Robertson and a Rovers player in the air. Pickering wins the free-kick, although it must be said it looks like a Cardiff free-kick all along at first glance. Home supporters up in arms, but the medical team is on the pitch.

El gjazi and willock awful again reindorf sat at home
Sat Nov 09, 2024 1:21 pm
A lengthy injury break for an injury to Robinson takes the first half into added time…
A good start was undone with a fine Blackburn goal…
HALF-TIME SCORE: CARDIFF CITY 0 - 1 BLACKBURN ROVERS (45+3 mins)

Big second half performance needed now come on Riza prove yourself to all your doubters

Cannot understand why he is not on the bench. Has he a bad attitude?
Sat Nov 09, 2024 1:24 pm
Well we are second best all over the place.
El Ghazi what does he give us.
Where do these referees come from and how do they end up with us.

Change him for Kangaroo or Meite he hasn’t much options not his fault

Poor half. You can't play without a striker. Riza should have learnt this last week against Norwich. Willock and El Ghazi offer nothing. Hate to say it I'd rather see Kanga as No 9. The quality of our play has really dropped this week. Too many basic errors losing the ball. Huge half for Riza, he has to change the game or the international break will be hard for him to justify him staying on as manager.

My view is that our first XI is decent but our squad is awful. Riza has tried to play the exact same players over and again and they are simply running out of gas. We clearly miss Robinson and our back up 'strikers' (I shouldn't really call them that as they're dogshite) are a waste of bench space. I know he's raw but I've no idea why Reindorf isn't getting a chance at least off the bench.
Willock is nothing like his brother and El Gazi has been a disappointment. Was hoping he'd bring some leadership on the pitch but his play to date has been generally off the pace.
Cmon city. Let's get it together 2nd half.

Normal service has resumed
Sat Nov 09, 2024 1:31 pm
Our front five have been shocking, no movement from any of them, i don't think tanner and colwill have touched the ball in the last 20 minutes.
Sat Nov 09, 2024 1:35 pm
I know there's the time out but players have been out injured for longer than El Ghazi. Everything he touches is a miss hit!!
Willock hasn't been much better!!
We're pressing with gaps everywhere and similar to Norwich when Blackburn worked that out, they're able to play through our press.
Unfortunately our bench has 6 defensive options 2 attacking and one I'm not sure what he is.

The inevitable meite

Rl gahzi is getting into good positions put in decent crosses in box but we dont have a finisher for the balls that do get into box... twice shots have hit our own player heading towards goal... as for ref he's spoiling game and not helping city's cause with constant stopping game .... we need uo finish off approach play hopefully another 2-1 win

I’ve swung back and forth with Riza I’m more on the fence again not sure he’s the answer or not
Sat Nov 09, 2024 1:40 pm
A definitive focal point now for Cardiff, with Meite up top. Goutas hits him with a diagonal but he cannot outsmuscle two defenders.

GOAL! Cardiff City 0-2 Blackburn Rovers (Weimann 54)
Goal. Another tap-in for Weimann
Sat Nov 09, 2024 1:45 pm
Way way to easy
And this is why we need an experienced manager
Sat Nov 09, 2024 1:45 pm
There's a surprise, Meite comes on for El Ghazi and we lose the game. Lack of investment will cost us no matter what manager we have.
