Villa one of the top teams in the prem massive following great tradition lots of fans missed out going to villa park last time in prem and a quarter final at stake
was always going to sell out quick even a Friday night game
wouldn't it be nice to pick up 6 points in the next 2 games and go there with a bit of confidence .

Given the great sales uptake are we able to go back for the additional 1,000 tickets?

Hope you're okay Dan. There's still about 30 tickets left online in the upper tier behind the goal if you're well enough to go.

There's a few right next to Villa Park that allow away fans in. Some will ask for colours to be covered though.
Witton Arms is about a five minute walk from the away end (the normal away end by the corner flag). That's where I normally go when I've watched us there, it's split between home and away fans.

Afternoon all.
Things have changed since your last visit, all pubs around the ground are now home fans only. This includes the Witton Arms which is no longer half and half and is now Villa only.
Good to see you've sold out, all home tickets sold out today so it will be a full house all round.

Great news that it will be a full house.
Thanks for the update about the pubs.
Can you advise on where away fans these days go for a drink pre-match?

Away fans drink in the city centre (Briar Rose is always popular with away fans) these days and get the train into Aston or Witton, which are both a short walk to the ground. It got lively outside the Witton Arms when Celtic fans were escorted off the train at Witton. Not saying it will be the same with you but the police may cattle you off the train and to the ground if a big group of Cardiff 'lads' end up on the train from Brum.
