Thought it was April fools day when I seen this headline.

He just copies what he sees on match of the day. We have a big lad who was dominating their 2 centre halfs but we fucked around with daft triangle in our penalty box that they were waiting for and laid the traps and we just hoof it anywhere with the slightest press.

Burnley, with far superior players, did it properly, then thought they did enough.

Sorry Riza may have his coaching badges, but he doesn't have an identity, he needs to develop that. I barely recall Warnock leaving his 433 or Malky's 4141. We see five formations in a game.

This isn't as crazy a post as many are saying. I too believe we will stay up, the squad is too good to go down.

As you say, every manager starts somewhere. We all know the story of Fergie nearly getting sacked in the 1989-90 season but was saved by Mark Robbins goal against Forest in the cup. Let me make myself clear, I'm most definitely not comparing Riza to Fergie but Fergie did struggle in his first 3 years at United. Unfortunately Managers don't get that much time anymore.

For Riza to be a success with Cardiff, he needs to be more attack minded from the start. Our defence is not good enough to rely on sitting back for the first half, we usually then have to chase the game in the second half.

We were originally told Riza is an attacking coach and we saw that in the home games against Plymouth and Portsmouth. Where has this attacking style gone?

It's been mentioned on here that Tan contacts him many times before, during and after a game and that Riza is a yes man. Maybe the only way for Riza to establish himself as a good manager/coach is to grow a pair and tell Tan he's going to do it his own way.

If the Plymouth and Portsmouth games are an example of Riza doing it his way, then maybe Ned is right.

Good points made there and at least it's a constructive post, unlike many of the others on this thread.

To get to premier league he will need good assistants got one but purse is not of required standard or experience needs to go ... riza knows good players he's sighned a few already so now it's s case of finding out why he's gone backwards from when started with his attacking formation? Yes we've hade decent unbeaten run but in reality a more adventurous outlook would have resulted in several more wins ! We have good players shame they're not being used in a way that shows this but only when we are chasing game like Tues do we see how good can be.
