Daya tried getting TLG fired and then got his lawyers to try and scare TLG and Mike Morris with a law-suit.

On CCMB someone once sent me a death-threat and a jumped-up moron from a press organisation threatened to sue me for libel after I said his organisation made up some quotes (which they did and I had/have proof of that)

Anywhoo, my point is that this whole "anonymous posters are nerds" is a silly and immature line to be peddling since there are some real idiots around online. Including Daya (there is no excuse for trying to get someone fired and then threatening random people with law-suits).

I've met Annis in real life, and a number of people from this board and CCMB know me. So I'm not being "anonymous". Just being truthful.

The threat of law-suits from power-mad people isn't worth it.

I guess if Daya was let back on I sense the Board may see a reduced amount of posting as people whether rightly or wrongly will think twice what to post.

I think it would only be natural to think twice knowing what has happened in the past.
