Not a chance of replicating Ipswich. I am pleased for the ex-Cardiff players but I thought both sides were pretty poor and looked league one. Murphy had his day but as we all know well against better players he can easily disappear. Bolton were awful too. Oxford will struggle next year without major investment.

No chance they replicate Ipswich. They do have some good young players though. I think a fair few get into a combined Cardiff/Oxford side.
