This is the last time I'm going to bother replying to you as it's all been explained above so I'll put it in even more simple terms for you to try to finally grasp.

1: The accounts show loans that equate to £6.6M in interest liability. See the screenshots and read my earlier detailed simple explanation.

2: The accounts show that only £2M was actually paid out. Not £6.6M.

3: This means that there is £4.6M in interest payments due that have been deferred to be paid at a later date.

There is also another listed loan for £2M at up to 9% which I haven't included in the above but it's there highlighted in yellow in the screenshots.

It really couldn't be any clearer.

But liability may never be paid as Tan converts his intrest and debt each year ?, you never said liability in your original post did you ? . Potentially yes it " COULD " But in reality it hasn't has it in the past just read through the last 10 years and you'll see that ? , annis even said in his replys backed up by you that it's effects ffp to the tune of 6 million which it doesn't the 2 million figure is only counted yes ? Not all liabilities, if you going to put something out then please be factually correct , your original post has been altered yes ? .I would have more respect for you on the financial matters if it's report correctly.

But what about Tormen and the New Loan? Are you saying they will do the same? If so, why even state that they want interest on their loans and just say it's not interest bearing just like Tan sons £3M states?

It's that simple and the easiest thing for you to say is that you just don't understand it and stop digging a bigger hole for yourself. And also stop accusing people of making things up and being used whilst your at it.

You have totally changed your original post ,and the way I see it you are digging a bigger hole by changing it all to liabilities, the fact is for ffp it was around 2 million on the accounts not the 6 million that people jumped all over .I will agree to disagree with you over the agenda changing on the op .the facts are 2 million was paid out not 6 million in physical cash in the laar accounts and in all previous years most intrest was written off .

I've already said whats been paid out and what hasn't. And it's £2M out leaving £4.6M not paid out thus deferred or delayed in laymans terms. And not £6M paid out which you've just said so you've got that wrong too.

It's not me that said 6 million was paid out it was you and annis in the original posts that have disappeared so I'm not wrong at all , I glad you actually admitted today that 2 million was paid out in intrest and you've corrected your wrong post from yesterday which you never ever mentioned liabilities. Wez - Read what I've clarified today, it couldn't be any simpler.

Kyle created the topic and his was the the first post by its very nature. It wasn't me. I just replied to it at some point. It really is that simple. It's like your looking for a evidence of a terrible crime that has been committed on a football internet site because you won't accept that your wrong and desperately trying to justify yourself.

No I'm not feeling alright I've made my point and put the true 2 million figure out numerous times so I'll agree to disagree on this with certain posters , I'm off this topic now . Can never get the delated post reinstall .

You were right in stating the topic Kyle and good on you for doing so. None of us really want to go into some of this stuff and I can't blame them either but we are often first for news and also have the best debates which helps us get to the heart of matters, both on and off the field. We often discuss things that the press either won't or can't, and alt media is fast overtaking legacy MSM by a rate of knots because of it.

This forum is the best out there for content and debate, and I should know as I compile the Forumwatch every season! So we can see what other fans are saying and many also discuss things like we do, including this topic and many others.

And hats off to the mods for keeping quality control, as there's a lot of forums that are awful and that's takes up time and effort, which is appreciated by us all. In fact, we often get better information and informed views and long may it continue.

And yes, its Cardiff City, and as you say, anything can happen and often does. It's the rules.
