No definitely not! but have to ask where was he supposed to put arm or in this case fingers considering he was being held by defender as they were running? In premier league that's not handball but euefa & ifab are determined to take enjoyment out of that games with pathetic rules...

Was thinking same until judt now ... mbappe broken nose gets treatment on touchline france wants to sub him ...ref doesnt want to know mbappe comes back on sits dpwn gets booked and then is subbed? This ref as lost plot and wont be doing final..

Ref was very poor but made for chaotic last 10mins... must say its been an exciting competition so far with probably englands game being the dullest iv'e seen so far..
