LATEST FAQ - 2012/13 SEASON TICKETS AND CARLING CUP

I have just been told I can't renew over the phone or online if I am using the finance option. So if the first 10,000 renewals are eligible for a second ticket this now means my chances of getting another are dependant on how quickly Postman Pat from Porthcawl can get down to the CCS! Surely it would make more sense if it was the first 10,000 to get a Final ticket?

Lads I am after 2 spaces on a bus to wembley picking up from Cardiff can anyone help?
