Can we come up with a good conspiracy theory as to why this form may have been filled in incorrectly ON PURPOSE.

Did PR provide the cash for TG to put into the club? He has lost 400k's worth of shares that no one cane find. It gave PR the chance to suggest that there was an investor coming in and it was all his doing. However if he filled in the forms it was providing future evidence to fraud so never filled them in correctly.

I think TLG mentioned before that Flitcroft now has that amount of shares. It looked as if PR gave them to him
