portsmouth have been given permission to sell players outside of the transfer window. on condition they don't play for another premier league team this season. also the players and other members of staff have all chipped in to save 4 jobs at the club. they have rallied round to pay the wages of a groundsman the masseur and two other employees till the end of the season. if some of our players and staff took a cut in wages we might not be in this financial mess.

They aint taking a wage cut they are just chipping in with some money (reported 1.5k each). A great gesture though.

It isnt the players fault that PR gave out such silly wages, if i was playing for someone other than Cardiff I wouldnt take a wage cut just for the sake of it either.

We can dream.

If they did, the riddler would claim the deal was his idea and pay himself a bonus for arranging it !!!!
