Gavin Rae Comments

I had to chuckle recently at the sarcastic comments a couple of guys behind me have been saying about Gavin Rae recently. The one last night was when Rae was running through and the keeper got to the ball about 10 seconds before Rae reached the penalty area and the one guy behind shouted 'woosh, did you see that! He's like a train!'.

This followed up their favourite comment said a few times where they go 'don't take a touch Gav, that's where it all goes wrong!'.

Now, I appreciate that Gavin Rae is a really nice guy. He has time for the fans and has his feet on the ground which is great to see. However, he's not good enough for a Premiership chasing team like us and these comments have made me chuckle once or twice.

Have you heard any comments about players that have made you laugh?

The majority are aimed at him.
A personal favourite is 'Gav, you got a foot like a fecking toblerone.'
As much ofa nice guy he is, being nice doesn't get you into the promised land.
