What Incentives Do The Players Have

to achieve promotion?
Seeing that most of them would be out of a job should we get to the prem.
Most of them are on handy wages and wouldn't get a better paid job anywhere else so what motivates them?
Surely they must be on bonuses, does anyine know?

I dont know but I think its standard for most players to have a promotion clause of either a bonus or a %wage increase.
Im sure they have some sort of incentive especially with PR dealing with contracts, nearly everything is payable upon promotion
